New construction of a residential building with around 398 apartments. Ground and 6 upper floors and a one-story underground parking garage (basement) are planned. A two-storey basement area is planned under the high-rise building. The planned proportionate commercial areas as well as a two-story daycare center are located on the ground and second floor.
The high-rise building will be subdivided into 11 individual houses, the garage into 4 sections, which have a common entrance and exit.
