Shell construction work on a modern sustainable residential and commercial quarter consisting of five apartment buildings, two commercial buildings and one mixed-use building, on a two-level underground parking garage.

The aboveground building mass is divided into eight freestanding structures, of which seven are planned with three to five floors.
