Structural work on a new 7-storey building with 7 floors and basement, with a load-bearing reinforced concrete frame construction and point-supported floor slabs. The plant rooms are located on the roof, the building shell consists of prefabricated reinforced concrete elements from the 1st floor upwards and the basement is designed as a watertight (WU) construction.
