In a popular location on Offenbach-Buchrainweg, two modern apartment buildings are in construction, offering fourteen apartments in various configurations: apartments, garden maisonettes or penthouses. The buildings are built massively. A performance-optimized photovoltaic system will be installed on each of the two flat roofs of the building. The green energy gained has a cost-reducing effect on the consumption of, for example, outdoor light, cistern pump, lifting system and electric charging stations and reduces general ancillary costs.
The new building project has an underground car park with 20 individual parking spaces.
