This is what you will take on:

You will support the construction management with administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations in the construction site office. You will be responsible for organizing and managing construction site documentation, including minutes, reports, and construction files. You will be the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries, coordinate appointments, and organize on-site meetings. You will also process and track incoming and outgoing correspondence. You will handle ordering office supplies and ensure that the construction site office is well-equipped. You will also assist with time tracking and the preparation of accounting documents for construction projects.

What we are looking for:

You have completed commercial training or a comparable qualification. Experience in construction or construction site organization is an advantage but not a requirement. You are a talented organizer, work in a structured manner, and maintain an overview even under heavy workloads. You have excellent written and spoken German skills and are confident in using MS Office applications. You are also a strong communicator, a team player, and can respond flexibly to the demands of everyday construction site operations. Independent work and a friendly and professional demeanor round out your profile.
