The shell construction work (the second construction phase) is currently underway as part of the new district development in Backnang. The project encompasses the construction of an underground parking garage with 138 parking spaces, a service building with a medical centre, and six residential buildings comprising a total of 102 rental apartments.
The new building complex consists of seven multi-storey building projects with flat roofs, all of which are extensively greened. All buildings are connected to each other via a single-storey underground car park.
