A modern laboratory building complex is being constructed here, comprising two four-storey laboratory buildings, an ESA tower and a parking garage. The construction project is divided into two phases. The laboratory building will comprise three full storeys, as well as a technical and garden storey.
The plans include ultra-modern laboratories, technical areas and an extensive infrastructure tailored to the requirements of modern research and development.
