A future-oriented office building is under construction in the Parkquartier Harbour – the HPQ Offices. The new building sets new standards in the construction industry and is characterised by the use of resource-saving materials. Significant CO₂ savings are achieved through the use of levelled concrete.
The technical implementation includes around 1,000 tonnes of structural steel in composite columns, storey bridges in truss construction and steel walkways with spans of over 39 metres. Large technical centres are also being integrated, which require precise planning and coordination even before construction begins.
Our team is operating as a general contractor and is making a significant contribution to the successful realisation of this innovative construction project.
