A state-of-the-art semiconductor factory for the European Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (ESMC) is currently under construction in Dresden. With a gross floor area of around 340,000 m², the project is set to raise new standards in European semiconductor production and strengthen innovation in the automotive, industrial and IoT sectors.
In addition to the cutting-edge production areas, the project will include technical infrastructure areas, as well as office and administration space, to ensure efficient production and development.
Our team is carrying out the shell construction work for this pioneering industrial project, making an important contribution to the further development of the semiconductor ecosystem in Europe.
