This is what you will take on:

You will lead a logistics team and be responsible for the daily coordination and management of work processes in the warehouse. You will ensure efficient goods receipt, storage, and picking, as well as the timely preparation of goods for shipping. You will monitor compliance with quality and safety standards and support the optimization of logistics processes. As the first point of contact for your team, you will support them with questions, issue instructions, and actively assist in the onboarding of new employees. You will also conduct inventory checks and ensure that warehouse stocks are managed correctly. In close collaboration with other departments, you will promote the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

What we are looking for:

You have completed training in logistics or a comparable qualification and ideally have some management experience. You are characterized by organizational skills, assertiveness, and the ability to motivate a team. You work reliably and independently, think for yourself, and are willing to take on responsibility. Good knowledge of warehouse management systems and MS Office applications is an advantage. You are also flexible and willing to work shifts if necessary. Physical resilience and a good understanding of logistics processes round out your profile.
