Work planner (f/m/d)

This is what you will take on:

You plan and manage the workflows for our projects and ensure that materials, machines, and personnel are available on time. You create work plans and production documents to ensure smooth production. You analyze work processes and develop measures to optimize efficiency and reduce lead times. You also calculate the required resources and costs, support the preparation of quotes, and coordinate closely with the specialist departments. You monitor compliance with quality standards and ensure the continuous improvement of production processes. You also actively participate in the implementation of new projects and support the introduction of innovative manufacturing methods.

What we are looking for:

You have completed technical training, a degree in engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable qualification. Experience in work preparation, production control, or production planning is an advantage. You also have in-depth knowledge of planning and optimizing work processes. Proficiency with MS Office and experience with ERP systems are desirable. You are analytically strong, work in a structured manner, and have a solution-oriented approach. Strong communication skills, the ability to work in a team, and the ability to maintain an overview even in stressful situations round out your profile.
