A hotel with 175 rooms and a hotel with 205 rooms were built on the site of the former North Freiburg goods station. The two hotels are located at the entrance to the new district. In addition, 100 rental apartments with a rental area of ​​approx. 8.300 m² and commercial space were built in the other five houses in the new quarter.
