The structure is a hybrid construction of concrete and wood and consists of a basement with 2 underground reinforced concrete floors. The above-ground structure consists of two reinforced concrete cores with 7 and 13 floors, while the rest of the above-ground structure is made of wood (supporting structure, ceilings and walls of the house).
